He was Amazing! Very thorough, very easy to understand, was generally concerned. We had his total attention and it showed.

When we see Niall he always directs most information and asks questions to my daughter as she is the patient rather than talking about her to me while she's in the room. If I happen to chime in to their conversation I'm always included and he leaves time at the end for either of us to ask questions or just to talk about what's going on in our life. I really liked how Niall was interested in what my daughter is doing in school; she's loving marching band and she could not stop talking about it.
