Monica is always willing to answer my questions and discuss all options for my daughter and shows concern not just for her but for my little family unit as well which I very much appreciate.

She was very nice, she answered my questions and provided good feedback in regards to my child's needs. Explained things clearly and appeared to be very knowledgeable and understanding.
