Hala Saneh, MD, is an attending neonatologist at Connecticut Children’s. Dr. Saneh has a clinical interest in respiratory diseases of extreme preterm infants. Her research focus area is regenerative medicine for neonatal lung injury. She is currently investigating the use of extracellular vesicles derived from stem cells to regenerate the premature lungs in preclinical disease models. In her free time, Dr. Saneh enjoys reading, working out, traveling, and visiting art galleries and museum exhibitions.
