Constandina Conley, APRN, FNP-BC, is a Nurse Practitioner in the Division of Neurology at Connecticut Children’s. Constandina’s clinical interests include migraines, headaches, tics, Tourette’s, comprehensive behavioral interventions for Tics (CBIT), tremors, stroke, and mental health. In her free time, Constandina enjoys spending time with her 5 grandchildren and French bulldogs Coco and Lola.

I love the way Dina involves not just the parents, but the kids themselves in the whole process. From getting the details of current problem to coming up with a treatment plan, she treats both kids and parents as a valued part of the care team.

Dina was very professional and informative. She gave explanations and helped my son and I to understand his condition and options. She also answered all questions, and even took time to draw a diagram to be sure I understood what she was referring to.
