Beth Chatfield MS, RDN, is a clinical dietitian in the Divisions of Gastroenterology and Neurology at Connecticut Children's. Beth's clinical interests include the gluten free diet for celiac disease and ketogenic diets for epilepsy. In her free time, Beth enjoys cooking, gardening, and organizing group activities along with spiritual development.
