Dr. Howard was wonderful from the start. She took our concerns about our daughter seriously. She gathered a thorough past medical history and history of current medical concern. As a parent I felt heard and that is so important. She was kind and patient with our daughter. She built rapport and treated our daughter as an individual. She allowed our daughter to have some control when possible during the exam which eased her nerves. She explained every well to both my daughter and I and was realistic about expectations and timelines.
